Introducing our Guest Chef:
We are privileged to have Chef Mark Noordsy lend his grilling expertise to our April gathering. Chef Mark may be a familiar face to many of you as he is a founding member of BBQ Heaven PitMasters. You may also see he and his wife, Gretchen, around Sioux Falls as they are regulars on the Sioux Falls Foodie scene! Chef Mark is known for his work with KCBS & SCA both as a participant and certified judge. He has shared his knowledge as a Contributing Columnist to BBQ News Magazine.

BBQ Beef & Pork Protein Bonanza:
- Grilled Bone-In Pork Loin Roast
- Elote (Corn) Ribs
- Seared Brazilian Picanha Steak
- Grilled Pork Tenderloin
*Served on a toasted ciabatta bun or toasted bakery bun topped with swiss cheese, arugula or romaine lettuce, and adorned with red chimichurri sauce, mild creamy horseradish, or garlic & chive aioli sauce
Dessert:
“Mark’s Favorite Cake” (with homemade soft vanilla ice cream)
