In 2020\, our family expanded to deliver our quality beef to the eastern United States.​\n​\nOur beef is all pasture grass-fed and corn finished. All beef is born and raised on our family farm in south central South Dakota. Don’t be late as the bus won’t wait!\nSpend the day hands on making smoked German ring bologna\, German sausage and breakfast sausage. Purchase price will be per pound at our cost\n12:00 noon – Grilling German sausage and breakfast sausage patties (with cheese) with our BBQ Heaven fixin’s.\nLate afternoon when all done…………. load the bus and head for home\n\nYour ticket is $150 and includes all of this: \n\nRound trip on a spacious chartered party bus.\nHands-on learning of the art of sausage making.\nA day of BBQ conversation with your fellow BBQ enthusiasts – tips\, tricks and secrets.\nFood and beverage – we eat pretty good just in case you are new to the group\n\nLunch at noon with BBQ Heaven fixin’s\nRefreshments ….
