“Where’s the Beef?”

Join us for a day of all things BEEF with Dakota Prime Meats!
The Baldwin family, located in Bonesteel, South Dakota, has been raising cattle to feed families in our region since the late 1800’s. In 2020, our family expanded to deliver our quality beef to the eastern United States.​

Our beef is all pasture grass-fed and corn finished. All beef is born and raised on our family farm in south central South Dakota. Our herd of Angus mother cows raise our calves in the grass pastures for eight months.

When winter arrives, the calves are weaned and fed quality feeds including grass, alfalfa, sorghum silage, and corn until they are butchered and delivered to you.
